PRODUCTION
      The production facility provides the flexibility of capacity and operation required by diverse product range. Outputs can vary from as low as grams scale using industrial glassware, to dedicated plants, generally fabricated in stainless steel, yielding tons per day. Multipurpose synthesis units are available for the manufacture of complex organic compounds involving a wide range of chemical reactions including such as, Arylation, Bromination, Ethyl Chloroformate Reaction, Ring Closure Reaction etc


Main production reactors

          Glass lined and stainless steel jacketed reactors ranging in size from 50 LTR. to 3000 LTR.


Plant Drying Equipment

          Rotary vacuum dryer, furnace, fluidized bed dryer, tray dryer, vacuum tray dryer.


Finishing Area

          Multimill, Sifter, Blender.


Utility

          Steam (both low and high pressure), cooling water, chilling water (5°C), chilled brine (-20°C) and vacuum systems.
